m2 Reabilitação de cobertura deck constituida por: suporte de chapa perfilada, barreira pára-vapor opcional, de acordo com o cálculo higrométrico, camada de isolamento térmico instalado por meio de fixações mecânicas e membrana betuminosa aderida ou fixada mecânicamente. Reimpermeabilização com membrana impermeabilizante sintética ADERIDA, de TPO FLAGON EP/PR F 180 com 1,80 mm de espessura, de poliolefina modificada TPO obtida por coextrusão reforçada com malha de poliéster, e com uma camada de geotextil não tecido de fibra de poliester com 200 g/m² aderida, na sua face inferior, resistente aos raios U.V., agentes atmosféricos e raizes, com uma resistência à tração ≥ 1100 N/5cm, alongamento à rutura > 15% e uma resistência ao punçoamento estático > 20 kg, soldada mediante termofusão com jato de ar quente nas sobreposições e reforçada nas esquinas e cantos com ANGULOS FLAG, fixada mecanicamente em toda a sua superfície.
