BIM

Os objetos que vemos no BIM (Building Information Modeling) são uma representação digital 3D complementada com informações paramétricas, como dimensões, altura, peso, número de item e muito mais. Os objetos BIM incluem muitos parâmetros diferentes: parâmetros técnicos e geométricos que constituem as características externas de um produto. Também contêm parâmetros visuais que dão a um objeto uma aparência característica e fazem com que o objeto virtual se comporte como na realidade. Os objetos podem ser complementados com parâmetros dinâmicos, como informações comerciais. “Resumindo: o conteúdo BIM é constituído por todos os dados necessários aos projetistas, sem criar uma sobrecarga de informação.”
