m2 Reabilitação de cobertura deck composto por: suporte de chapa ondulada, barreira opcional de vapor de acordo com o cálculo higrométrico, camada de isolamento térmico aplicado com fixações mecânicas e membrana betuminosa aderida ao suporte ou fixada mecanicamente. Colocação de uma camada de separação anti-punçoamento de geotêxtil não tecido de alta tenacidade, à base de polipropileno soldado a quente com resistência à tração de 12,5 kN/m e resistência à perfuração estática (CBR) de 2250 N com gramagem de 170 g/m², TEXXAM 1500; nova membrana sintéticas de  impermeabilização fixada mecanicamente, fabricada em PVC FLAGON SR 180, com 1,8 mm de espessura, estabilizada dimensionalmente com feltro de malha de poliéster, resistente aos raios UV, agentes atmosféricos e raízes, com resistência à tração de ≥ 1100 N / 5cm , alongamento à rutura > 15% e resistência à perfuração estática > 20 kg, soldado por termofusão de ar quente nas sobreposições e reforçado nos cantos e cantos com ANGULOS FLAG.
