ELEMENTO PORTANTE
Il piano di posa dovrà essere:
1. asciutto, liscio e compatto, pulito da polvere o parti non aderenti
2. stabile nel tempo
3. compatibile chimicamente con i materiali costituenti il sistema isolante.
STRATO DI ISOLAMENTO AL CALPESTIO
VELAPHONE, elemento di protezione dal rumore di calpestio costituito da uno strato di fibra di poliestere accoppiato a un supporto bituminoso.
ELEMENTO TERMOISOLANTE
• Costituito da lastre TECKFLOOR* in polistirene espanso sinterizzato stampato, rivestite all’estradosso con film rigido nero con sagomatura portatubo. In alternativa STIROFLOOR* in polistirene termostampato con rivestimento all’estradosso flessibile in HIPS, per la realizzazione di sistemi di riscaldamento radianti a pavimento, conforme alla norma UNI EN 13163 o PAVIFLOOR* in polistirene espanso sinterizzato stampato, con bugne portatubo e battentature ad incastro, rivestita con film HIPS.
*I prodotti isolanti consigliati sono conformi ai criteri ambientali minimi CAM.

Tubazioni in materiale plastico.
STRATO DI ALLETTAMENTO
Costituito da massetto cementizio fibrorinforzato di idoneo spessore.
STRATO DI PAVIMENTAZIONE
Strato di pavimentazione in piastrelle o altra finitura.
