1. asciutto, liscio e compatto, pulito da polvere o parti non aderenti
2. stabile nel tempo
3. compatibile chimicamente con i materiali costituenti il sistema isolante.
STRATO DI ISOLAMENTO A CALPESTIO
VELAPHONE, elemento di protezione dal rumore di calpestio costituito da uno strato di fibra di poliestere accoppiato a un supporto bituminoso.
ELEMENTO TERMOISOLANTE
• Costituito da lastre di polistirene espanso estruso a celle chiuse SOPRA XPS SL-HP o SOPRA XPS 500 conformi ai criteri ambientali minimi CAM.
STRATO DI SEPARAZIONE
Geotessile FLAG PET di grammatura pari a 200 g/mq. Posa a secco sull’isolante.
STRATO DI ALLETTAMENTO
Costituito da massetto cementizio fibrorinforzato di idoneo spessore.
