Drentex Protect Plus

Membrana drenante y protectora fabricada en polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE) con geotextil de polipropileno adherido para el drenaje de muros, cubiertas y estructuras enterradas.

Es una emulsión bituminosa modificada con caucho, aplicable en frío, que una vez seca forma una película continua y elástica.

Este producto es ligero de transportar gracias a su diseño ergonómico y a los materiales de alta calidad utilizados en su construcción.

Resistente al agua

m2 Protección de muro por su cara externa, constituida por: capa protectora asfáltica modificada con caucho con una dotación mínima de 1 kg/m2 aplicada en dos o tres capas tipo EMUFAL MUR; Capa drenante de polietileno de alta densidad (HDPE) con geotextil de polipropileno adherido de 600 g/m2, 7,5 mm de espesor y resistencia a la compresión >120 kPa tipo DRENTEX PROTECT PLUS anclada mecánicamente con FIJACIONES DRENTEX  y perfil de arranque tipo PERFIL METÁLICO PARA DRENAJES para evitar el deslizamiento del sistema durante el compactado de tierras, colocando el geotextil en contacto con el terreno; en caso de zonas a aislar se colocará aislamiento térmico SOPRA XPS SL después de la imprimación y antes del drenante, lista para verter las tierras por tongadas.

Consejos Soprema

– En caso de que existan huecos o coqueras, es conveniente regularizar previamente la superficie para asegurar un buen rendimiento.
– Los refuerzos perimetrales son realizables por una solución mejorada con bitumen-poliuretano tipo TEXTOP, aplicando 3 capas de 500+900+700 g/m2, reforzándolos con TEXTIL SOPREMA.
– En juntas de sellado del hormigón puede utilizarse la masilla ALSAN MASTIC 2200.
